IMPHAL, Jun 16 : The All Tribal Chiefs And Public Grievances Forum, Chandel district (ATCPGF) comprising of 12 village chiefs from various ethnic tribes has come up with an idea to start a mega cultural event in Chandel district saying that such kind of programme is extremely important in a district like Chandel which is like a \u201cmini-cultural -Mosaic land consisting of various ethnic tribes of Manipur living together in a spectrum of peaceful co-existence\u201d.
