IMPHAL, Jul 23 : Pediatric Association of Manipur (PAM) has begun observing ORS Celebration Week 2017 under the theme \u201cORS : Only Rational Solution at the auditorium of RD Wing, Medical Directorate, Lamphelpat from today.
