He was Naga People\u2019s Front (NPF) MLA.<\/p>\n<p>In his condolence message, Chief Minister of Nagaland, TR Zeliang said he was pained on learning the sudden demise of Kiyanilie Peseyie. TR Zeliang also said that he considered the demise of Kiyanilie Peseyie as \u201cpersonal loss to me\u201d.
