A press release issued by the PRO, Manipur University, stated that MU Vice Chancellor, Professor Adya Prasad Pandey, Joint Director, ICAR Manipur Centre , and Zonal President, Indian Phytopathological Society, Dr N Prakash and Director, Department of Horticulture and Soil Conservation, Government of Manipur, K Kipgen, attended the event as the chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.<\/p>\n
