The apprehended person is identified as Full Bahadur Tamang, 38, son of Ganbir Tamang of Chingmeirong, Imphal East. He was travelling on a Marruti Van, bearing registration no AS 23F 2294, which runs on the Imphal-Moreh road.&nbsp; Nine kilograms of Pangolin shell were recovered from his possession.
