The programme was organised in conjunction with SPIC MACAY commenced with welcome speech by   student of ARSS, Keithelmanbi.  Brig Navneet Kumar, Commander 9 Sector Assam Rifles graced as the Chief Guest.<br \/>\nThe occasion was graced by a galaxy of eminent personalities.   The Veena Icon Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt being a powerhouse performer, captivated the audience, Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt has also been eminent in popularizing the Indian culture and music through out the world.
