Brig A K Pandey, Commander 10 Sector graced the occasion as chief guest.<br \/>\nVarious distinguished speakers viz Chief Justice (Retd) WA Shishak, Mr Tennyson, executive Director VVD, Dr Mingthing, Director TTA etc. spoke on the subject, whereby empowerment of the youth to gain the ability, authority and agency to make decisions and implement change in their own lives and the lives of other people was discussed. Nurturing youth is a gateway to intergenerational equity, civic engagement and democracy building.
