He was referred to RIMS where he breathed his last on 30 Nov 2012.<br \/>\nMother of Late Dayananda has requested the CMC hospital to inform if the normal procedures were followed before anaesthesia was administered.<br \/>\nThe hospital authority was requested to provide details of the tests conducted \/ medicines provided by your hospital before Thangjam Dayananda Singh was taken to the operation theatre on 24 Nov, 2012, inform if all the tests required to be done before anaesthesia was administered were done and<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_14380\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 310px\"><a href=\"http:\/\/manipur-mail.com\/?attachment_id=14380\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-14380\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-14380\" alt=\"Th Dayananda\" src=\"http:\/\/manipur-mail.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/dayananda-300x290.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"290\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Th Dayananda<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>if done please provide us the information, results.<br \/>\nIt was further asked if the doctors who conducted the tests and the time the tests were conducted related. Mother of the deceased also requested to inform us details , procedures and time of administering anaesthesia to the patient. The hospital was asked to provide information regarding the time the patient started experiencing convulsion.<br \/>\nDetails of the doctors and their specialisations who attended the patient before and after the patient experiencing convulsion were also demanded.
