recruitment of 2`1 Staff Nurses and 200 Female health Workers that prescribed Application forms will be available from 0\/0 the Chief Medical Officers of the respective District and From o\/o the Medical Ofiicer i\/c CHC` Kanqpokpi\/ CHC Jiribarn\/ Moreh Hospital for sub-division of Sadar Hillsl Jiribarn\/ Moreh respectively Issue of Application forms shall be w.e.f. 22\/04\/2013 to 04\/o5\/2013 as per a notification from the Medical Directorate, Government of Manipur.<\/p>\n<p>Further, it is informed that the duly filled up Application forms along with enclosures shall be submitted with an examination fee of Rs 600\/- Rupees six hundred) only for General\/ OBC candidates and Rs 300\/ &#8211;
