IMPHAL, June 23: Lyricist B Jayentakumar Sharma has today released a book of poems ‘Waikup Pubee’ penned by Oinam Shyamananda Singh in the Hall of Manipur Hindi Parishad at 3:00 pm in a function.<\/p>\n

The press release said that Shyamananda has already penned two books namely, ‘Eina Khangkhiba Modhomangal Sharma’ (a biography), and ‘Tolmngainagee Lamdam Mizoram’ (a travelogue) in the year 2000 and further mentioned that most of the poems of the ‘Waipuk Pubee’ were penned in the 70’s while the author was a student.<\/p>\n

It is further said that Shyamananda was in the service of journalism in the capacity of associate editor of Hueiyen Lanpao and editor of many journal.<\/p>\n

During the function, Dr Sagolsem Lanchenba Meetei has reviewed the book in the gathering of renowned scholars, academicians, literary persons etc, said it.<\/p>\n
