IMPHAL, Nov 12: The chief librarian, State Central Library, Imphal has said that the State Central Library, Imphal Department of Art & Culture, Govt. of Manipur in collaboration with the Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation, Kolkata is going to organize the 22nd Imphal Book Fair 2013 from December 15-24, 2013 in the Middle Eastern side of Hapta Kangjeibung, Palace compound, Imphal. <\/p>\n
