IMPHAL, January 2: A team of Imphal police station led by N Madhunimai Singh, SDPO, Imphal nabbed on December 31 last, Sanabam Rajbihari Singh, 55, son of late S Angou Singh of Thangmeiband Khomdram Selungba Leikai who is an associate of Wahengbam Ramananda alias Luwangngamba alias Rowsow, 38, son of late W Biren Singh of Kontha Ahallup Makha Leikai, Imphal East, a self styled general secretary of KCP, Lallumba who was arrested in connection with FIR No. 78 (2) 2011 IPS U\/s-365\/368\/34 IPC, 16 (1-B)\/20 UA(P) amendment Act.<\/p>\n
Conveying it in a press release, police recovered from him two hundred thirty four extortion demand notes of KCP (KK Nganba group) signed by Rocky Meitei, finance in charge of KCP; four numbers of hand grenades with three detonators; one 9 mm pistol along with five live rounds of ammunition and one line seal of Rocky Meitei from his residence, it said.<\/p>\n\n
