IMPHAL, January 3: A sit in protest was held today at the Panchayat Ghar of Uyal Awang Leikai protesting against the placing of a bomb at the gate of Huidrom Chandrakala Devi, pradhan of the Wangbal Gram Panchayat of Thoubal CD block.<\/p>\n
During the sit in protest, pradhan Chandrakala lamented the bomb threat to her life and further made an appeal to all concerned to come forward openly for talks. <\/p>\n
She also said that such kind of threats will hamper the progress and development of the people of the gram panchayat.<\/p>\n
The pradhan further clarified that no individual or organisation has ever served her a demand or threaten. <\/p>\n
She further demanded to all concerns to make a clarification.<\/p>\n\n
