IMPHAL, January 4: The Governor of Manipur, VK Duggal, summoned the Director General of Police Manipur, Sahid Ahmed, this afternoon around 3 pm at the Raj Bhawan.<\/p>\n
Sources disclosed that the DGP was called upon to debrief on the prevailing Law and Order situation of the state and subsequent measures taken up by the state security forces.<\/p>\n
This is the first official rendezvous of VK Duggal, with the state official, since he was sworn-in as the Governor of Manipur on December 31, 2013.<\/p>\n\n
