{"id":78007,"date":"2014-04-19T11:36:19","date_gmt":"2014-04-19T15:36:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.manipur.org\/news\/?guid=5d040bce71d0f4469433fefa14613e85"},"modified":"2014-04-19T11:36:19","modified_gmt":"2014-04-19T15:36:19","slug":"rash-driving-claims-one-another-seriously-injured","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.manipur.org\/news\/2014\/04\/19\/rash-driving-claims-one-another-seriously-injured\/","title":{"rendered":"Rash driving claims one, another seriously injured"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>IMPHAL, April 19: A road rage claimed the life of a young boy while another was left with a broken collar bone on Saturday, when the motorcycle they were riding on was knocked down by a speeding bus at Singjamei Chingamathak in front of the UCO bank.<\/p>\n<p>The accident occurred around 4pm today.<\/p>\n<p>Thongbam Aboi Singh, 25, son of Th Kunjo of Pheijaleitong was pillion riding on a FZ Yamaha motorcycle bearing regd number MN01C-9480 while Ninghtoujam Raju, 27, s\/o (L) Ingocha of Pheijaleithong was driving.<\/p>\n<p>Ninthoujam Raju is an employee of the Imphal Free Press.<\/p>\n<p>Thongbam Aboi Singh received head injuries and was rushed to RIMS, but was declared brought dead. Raju survived with a broken collar bone and is undergoing treatment at JNIMS.<\/p>\n<p>Their motorcycle was knocked down from behind by an Imphal &ndash;Sugunu bus bearing registration number MN 01 1236 coming from Imphal side.<\/p>\n<p>The dead body has been deposited to the RIMS Hospital morgue for the post mortem. <\/p>\n<p>The Singjamei Police have taken up a case regarding the incident.
