I will also urge the Prime Minister to repeal the Act\u201d. One doctor, a nurse, one police personnel from the jail and one IO is accompanying Sharmila to Delhi.<\/p>\n<p>It may be recalled that Sharmila had missed similar summons twice with the state failing to send her citing shortages of fund.
