IMPHAL, May 7: The first meeting of the Hill Areas Committee, Manipur Legislative Assembly will be held on May 9 at 11 am in the committee room of the old assembly building of the Manipur Legislative Assembly.
According to a source, the meeting is likely to review the Hill Areas Committee Resolutions regarding the Manipur (Hill Areas) Disctrict Council Act 1971.
Further according to a source, he Committee on Public Accounts, Manipur Legislative Assembly will also have its first meeting on May 15 at 11am at the Committee room of the Manipur Legislative Assembly.
The meeting will consider and discuss the 36th Draft Report of PAC and action taken by the government department on the recommendations of the PAC, added the source.
