IMPHAL, Nov 30: Contractual staffs of the National Rural Health Mission, Manipur today staged a sit in protest concerning their problems at the Keishampat Lairembi community hall.
The sit in protest was participated by contractual staffs under NRHM Manipur posted at CHCs, PHCs, UHCs, PHSCs, DMMUs and Office Assistant and Computer operators at district level of all districts.
The contractual staffs have lamented that there is no model terms and conditions (service rules) of contract employment for NHRM contractual employees under NRHM.
They have also said that there are inconsistensies about the designation and monthly consolidated honorarium of finace personnel posted at CHCs and PHCs in every orders of the State Health Society, Manipur since 2007.
The protestors have also placed several other problems.
