IMPHAL, Nov 30: Four police personnel of Narcotic Cell, Imphal East District who stopped and allegedly seized a tata truck belonging to TDC (Transporter and Drivers Council) without any reasons on Nov 29, 2013 have been placed under suspension. A DE has been initiated against them, said a press release from the SP of the said district.
