Twin explosions hit Manipur on Republic Day
The Hindu The second blast occurred at 9.20 am near the firing range of Manipur Rifles. Though there was a boycott call given by insurgents, Governor Vinod Kumar Duggal took the salute at a parade by contingents of government employees, students and artistes. |
