IMPHAL, April 10: The five-day long state level Aquarium exhibition cum flower show organised by the Manipur Science & Technology Council and Aquarium & Floriculture Entrepreneurs on Thursday at the Manipur Science Aquarium, DM College Campus.
Speaking at the function, the director of the department of Science and Technology, Uttam C Laisram lauded the availing of various local fishes in the aquarium and showcasing of various flowers.
He further said that to make the state more prosperous not only the state government but entrepreneurs must also take initiatives.
Director of Manipur Science &Technology Council, Th Surendranath Singh said that the aim of organising various science meets and other exhibitions is to develop science in the state. He also appealed the guardians to bring their children and students to visit the aquarium.
