IMPHAL, Apr 26: The proscribed outfit, KCP (MC) has said in a press release that under the supervision of its secretary military affairs, Khoirangba, the outfit has appointed 2nd lt Angamba, 2nd lt Landaba alias Berlin, 2nd lt Puthiba and 2n lt Khagemba as military district commanders of Imphal East, Imphal West, Lamangdon and Thoubal respectively.
It continued that field captain Yaikhom Angom has been appointed as deputy finance and field captain Khuman Khoiriphaba as special finance under Yaiphaba Meitei in the central finance department while 2nt lt Kappa Mangang will be commander of Operation Mangal with Hitler alias Kamei as 2nd in command.
