IMPHAL, January 31: A powerful Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was detected along the Tiddim road prior to the movement of Deputy Chief Minister, Gaikhangam, who was scheduled to travel through the same route this morning. Sources said that the Deputy Chief Minister was scheduled to attend a programme at Leimaram Sadu Chiru around 9.30 pm.
