Imphal, June 6 : The All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) has assigned AFC-A Licensee L Chaoba Devi and AFC-B Licensee O Bembem as the spotters of the 16th Junior Girls Inter District Football Tournament, said a press release issued by AMFA.
