IMPHAL, Jun 9: Noney Battalion of Loktak Brigade under the aegis of Red Shield Division organised an “Afforestation Awareness Programme” today at Haochong. A lecture was also conducted for the locals of the villages to make them aware about the benefits of maintaining the balance between flora and fauna. People were briefed with the help of audio/visual aids, informed a PIB (DW) release.
