UKLF’s former joint secretary Paokhothang Haokip alias MP Haokip (32) s/o Limsei was shot by some unidentified persons at his residence near Churachandpur last night.
Incidentally, UKLF is a party to the tripartite SoO pact involving the Government of India and the Government of Manipur.
