KANGPOKPI, Jul 11 : A 14 members team of United Gorkha Committee Manipur (UGCM) accompanied by Sekmai MLA, Kh Devendro Singh met Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh at his official residence at Babupara on Sunday at around 5:30 pm. The team submitted a 12 page memorandum to the CM at the meeting citing the issues and grievances of the Gorkha community in the State.
