Imphal, Jul 17 : A felicitation programme, organised by the Manipur Swimming Association (MSA) for the State young swimmers – Hiren Sagolsem, Mahananda Thokchom, Yaiphabi Thoudam and L Ricky who clinched medals and participants of the recently held 33rd Glenmark Sub-Junior & Junior National Aquatic Championship at Bangalore was held today.
