IMPHAL, Jul 18: An emergency executive body meeting of Teachers’ Association, JNIMS held today condemned the act of placing a hand grenade at the residence of Dr L Deben Singh, Director in-charge, JNIMS by an underground group recently. The Teachers’ Association urged the group concerned and the Director in-charge to sort any issues amicably.
