IMPHAL Aug 18 : The State Government has chosen Elangbam Dinamani Singh, recipient Sahitya Academy Award (1982) of Singjamei Leisangthem Leikai for the prestigious Manipur State Award for Literature, the highest official recognition for Manipuri literature in the State for the year 2015-16, for his book “Nangga Eiga Amatani”, a novel published in 2012.
