IMPHAL, Aug 20 : The chairman of Handicapped Development(HD) Foundation, Manipur and president of State Platform for Disabled People Organisation(SPDPO) along with the team members met the Chief electoral Officer wherein a memorandum appealing to initiate necessary action for an accessible and inclusive election 2017 for all including persons with disabilities was submitted.
