IMPHAL, Sep 13 : 11KV Heirangoithong feeder will be shut down on September 15 from 10 am to 4 pm due to jungle clearing and maintenance of the distributor transformer, said a statement issued by the manager of Singjamei sub-division, IED-III, MSPDCL.
