Thoubal, Sep 18: A police Commando posted at Khongjom War Memorial entry gate was made to frog-jump in front of the Memorial’s entry gate by large number of people who came to take part in the Tarpan event today after he subjected three persons the same humiliating treatment, our correspondent reports.
