IMPHAL, Dec 13 : The Imphal West district Commando led by Additiona SP (ops), Imphal West Dr S Ibomcha Singh allegedly arrested one Nameirakpam Ebungo Singh alias Leingakpa (34 yrs), s/o N Bihari Singh of Kiyamgei Khoirom Leikai, who is serving as the sergeant major of PLA/RPF, from Langthabal Lep Awang Leikai today.
