IMPHAL, Dec 14: Sports Cell, BJP Manipur Pradesh has congratulated medal winners from the State in the All India Karate-Do Federation National championship held from Dec 4 to 6 at Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Cell also congratulated Sihan Mutabir Hussain, black belt dan 5, on his election as the joint secretary of AIKF and Sansui Rafizuddin, black belt dan 4, on completing the AIKF referee and judge exam in grade A.
