IMPHAL, Feb 13: State Excise Department has able to collect Rs 15, 95, 900 as State revenue after the announcement of election code of conduct for the forthcoming State Legislative Assembly election, conveyed State Excise Nodal Officer Irungbam Jatishwar who is also the DSP Excise Headquarters.
