Governor Dr Najma Heptulla has appealed to all concerned particularly the members of JAC Against Anti-Tribal Bills to participate wholeheartedly in the democratic dialogue with the State Government to resolve their issues and to allow decent burial of the bdies of the people who were killed in the Churachandpur incident with all religious rites, conveyed a press release issued today by the Governor’s Secretariat.
