BB Sharma, cartoonist of The Sangai Express (Manipuri edition), has been conferred the Best Cartoonist Award by Film Forum Manipur and Manipur State Film Development Society. The award was formally handed over to BB Sharma today during the 11th Mami Numit held at MSFDS, Palace Compound.
