Rs 201 crore package for Ukhrul district. Rs 185 crore package for Kangpokpi district. Clearly Chief minister N Biren is trying to reach out to the hill districts and this is a welcome sign. My endless love affair with Jeans

Firstly, my honest confessions. “Jeans” is not the name of a lady. Please don’t misunderstand me for there are many girlies and ladies by the name of “Jeans”. Actually, the name was derived after the city of Genoa in Italy, a place where cotton corduroy called either Jean or Jeane was manufactured.

The aim of science is to uncover the deepest truths, and the aim of spirituality is the search for the cause behind fact. Scientists discover how creation and human life came into being. Those engaged in spirituality try to find the hidden cause behind scientific fact. They are interested in the laws of nature, but wish to find the divine law that brought everything into being. While scientists search through outer instrumentation, spiritual scientists focus on higher levels of consciousness.
