IMPHAL, Jun 11 : A public relations officer of Kuki National Front (KNF) suspected to be involved in the killing of two Kuki Revolutionary Army (KRA) cadres on May 5 last has been arrested by a combined team of Imphal West and Imphal East commando in the wee hours today.
