IMPHAL, Jun 25: 4 Assam Regiment of 26 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) conducted a medical camp at Phaisanjang village, Chandel district yesterday. According to a statement issued by the PRO of IGAR (S), 106 children and 30 elders availed the benefits. Medical officer of the unit sensitised locals on significance of hygiene and preventive measures against diseases prevalent during monsoon. Refreshments were also served to locals keeping in mind the long distances travelled by them.
