BISHNUPUR, Jul 19: In view of the grave flood situation in Bishnupur district, Moirang Assembly Youth Congress under the supervision of ex-MLA of Moirang AC M Prithiviraj Singh distributed drinking water to the people of the AC who have been severely hit by the flood. The drinking water were distributed to relief camps set up under Moirang Municipal Council, every household of the area and also to the victims residing outside the Municipal Council.
