IMPHAL, Jul 25: The Deputy Secretary (RD and PR) has issued a notification stating that the draw of lots for the purpose of reservation of seats for Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes and women in respect of seats of members of Zilla Parishads of Imphal East and Jiribam districts and the draw of lots for the reservation of offices of Ashyaksha for the six valley districts, for the ensuing 5th General Panchayat Elections, 2017, will be continued tomorrow at 2 pm at the mini conference hall of SIRD, Porompat under the provisions of the Manipur Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and Manipur Panchayat Raj (Election) Rules, 1995.
It further urged all the individuals and officials concerned to attend the said draw of lots on time.
