IMPHAL, May 7:Joint Director, District Veterinary office, Imphal East, Porompat and Morning Star Club, Yumnam Patlou organised an anti rabies vaccination programme at Yumnam Patlou community hall on May 3 where around 36 dogs were vaccinated, conveyed a press release issued by the president of the Morning Star Club.
