IMPHAL, May 15 : Reacting to the reported news of one Supreme Court Utsav Singh Bains who got threat calls, High Court Bar Association of Manipur has today, in a statement, clarified that there is no request eitherr in written or oral from Utsav Singh Bains or any person from engagement of a local advocate for conducting the Cril.
