Imphal, Nov 2: The largest festival of the Kuki-chin tribe, Kut festival, was celebrated in different parts of the State yesterday. The State level Kut 2016 was celebrated under the theme “Unity through culture ” at 1 st MR Ground yesterday with Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh gracing the occasion as chief guest.
