IMPHAL, July 26: The All Tribal Students’ Union Manipur (ATSUM) has today said in a press release that All Tribal Students` Union Manipur (ATSUM) invites all the federating units of ATSUM, senior tribal leaders, social activists, scholars, legal experts and all the tribe wise leaders of Manipur, politicians to come and participate in the panel discussion on the theme, ‘Constitutional Perspective of Scheduled Tribes vis-a vis the Communities of Manipur’ on July 27, 2013 at 11:00 am at the conference hall of Tribal Research Institute (TRI) Chingmeirong Imphal.
Moreover, 10 Panelists drawn from various disciplines will meticulously deliberate on the prevailing social issues followed by a brain storming discussion with the participants, it said.
