IMPHAL, April 14: In an unfortunate incident, two youths amongst three who were coming on a Honda Pleasure scooter met a self-caused road accident at Heingang Chingkhong under Heingang Police Station today around 2 pm. One of the deceased is identified as Ngangom Mahesh, 15 son of Late Ng Nabachandra Singh of Khabam Makha Leikai.
