Imphal, Nov 2 (DIPR) : The 68th Information and Public Relations Day, 2016 was celebrated yesterday at the State Information Centre (SIC), DIPR, Palace Gate, Imphal. During the function, a 5-day photo exhibition on the 15 years achievements of the Congress Government was also inaugurated by Commissioner (IPR) K Radhakumar Singh.
