IMPHAL, May 11: The All Manipur Petrol Pump Dealers Association has submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister and has threatened to close all oil pumps indefinitely from May 12 unless the CAF and PD Director tenders a formal apology though news media for making false allegations, conveyed a press release issued today by the secretary of the association.
